Objective
This study shows how the supply of community mental health centers (CMHCs) and community health centers (CHCs) delivering mental health services changed from 2000 to 2019. While the supply of CHCs offering mental health services increased, the supply of CMHCs decreased. Growth in CHCs offering mental health services was pronounced in both non-metro and metro counties, although it was faster in metro counties.
